Supervised arts award review

This is a review of my silver arts award project titled ( supervised arts leadership)

to begin with the project was to get into a group and create an original idea and to be able to show leadership threw that project the group I was in was 2 people me and my classmate Lewis Raywood the project we decided to create was an animation using the industry standard software Adobe Flash. The role I decided I wanted to take on was the animator and my classmate chose to be the director of the project as an animator I didn't have that much leadership roles in the group but I did help out quite a lot since there where only tow people in the group in other posts on this blog I have discussed many things such as been able to communicate together as a team and since we didn't have class all the time I came up with the idea to use the comment system already encoded into blogger to communicate outside of college.

But to continue working on this project I did encounter some problems along they way such as the fact that I was was basically doing all of the work and most of the creativity that went into the animation was my own and not the directors so I was basically the only one working on this project most of the time my team-mate helped a little but other than not getting the help from my team-mate that was expected of him there was no problems with the project if there where they where minor things but no major ones.

the things that went well where quite a few because I am the person who likes to work alone so that's why I am not complaining about the fact it was basically me in my team and just me so I got to just be alone in my head and create what I wanted to create so I really enjoyed that.

to summarise the end result of the animation I found was very good for the time we were aloud and the fact I did most of the work on my own i find the end result is funny to be I really enjoyed creating something in the best way to put it is just stupid and fun just thing I like to create and it really made me laugh if I was to change anything in the project i would of liked a more involved team-mate because I know if I had more help the end result might of been a bit more creative and good
