What I got from my research into job opportunities and Visits to Arts Organisations:
I learnt More than i know about a job opportunity and how to get a job previously I was just taught on how to conduct and interview but visits to BBC has really helped understand on what you need to be able to get a job and all the opportunities a simple intern ship as an example can reward you because going to the BBC there is one thing that I learnt from the people I talked to was that experience is always the key factor to getting a higher job opportunity
A Review off what I have done so far
I have put all of the work I produced each week for my challenge up on my blog. This has been shared with others in my class and there is a comment from one of my peers in the comments section at the bottom of this post.
Looking at what I have completed throughout this project and looking back at what I done in level one with my animation which is shown somewhere on the blog I can safely say that I really improved on my detail in drawing/tracing a picture of flash even though I have not completed the background yet looking at what I have done I am very proud of it and in my mind I have really improved on my animation work on flash, saying that I have not moved anything yet which was my original aim but as with this background it had took along time spaning about 1 month of work with working on it in either 1 lesson a day or none at all.
so with the amount I have produced within that time I also am very proud of that and speaking of that that is also something i have improved on the ability to not work so slow in a matter of words on animations because on level 1 i took one lesson just to do one part and now going into level 2 and working on this i have really improved on productivity by working just a little bit faster.
If I had to say if i achieved what I set myself to achieve i would have to say no and yes because my original aim was to make a original character i have done that and to make that character move which i have not done but my overall aim was to improve my skill in animation which in my opinion i have done.
since I have done animation before and even last year without any experience I dint find it difficult it was just about learning new things and I can pretty much say the same thing about this it wasent difficult at all and thats not me bosting it just fun learning new things.
I really enjoyed doing this background because it is detailed and I like doing detailed things because its a challenge to me and I like it when i overcome that challenge speaking of that there were some problems on the projet like on the picture above you see the gate which i had to draw myself on flash because on the original image there where characters in the gate about to enter the castle so with this just being a background I had to remove them and improvise on drawing a gate and the other parts so that was one thing that iI had to overcome.
If I was ever to do this challenge again I would of not done the character and just focus on the background so I could have doen more of it and in my own opinion I dont think I have to improve anything.

I continued on with the building but in my spare time i have been working on it so from the previous ost you will be able to see how much i have worked on it but not done a post on it because this was done in my spare time.
As usual the original image is behind the drawing to show what else i have to do to complete the background.
This is the full image without the background and you can see the considerable amount i have added since last time i posted.
